John founded Lennox Mortgage Group in 2022 — and built Pick Your Rate — on a belief he's held since starting in financial services in 2008: borrowers deserve transparency, education, and the freedom to make informed decisions. A licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 2013, John spent years at a national bank and an independent mortgage company before going independent so he could shop a wide network of lending partners for every client.

John lives in Connecticut with his wife, Renée, and their two children. He coaches youth football, serves in his church community, and is a Connecticut Justice of the Peace.
